Todd Pender, LPC, LCADC, is a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds. His personal journey led him to become a therapist, and he is passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can share, heal, and make their sessions their own. Todd specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and ADHD, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy. He works with individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anger, stress, low self-esteem, and school or work-related concerns. Todd earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Kean University and holds credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). He is dedicated to helping clients make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
