Postpartum Support Group
This monthly support group is designed for mothers up to 18 months postpartum who are seeking connection, understanding, and support in a calm, welcoming environment. Participants are met exactly where they are in their postpartum journey, with no pressure to show up in any particular way.
Each month features a different theme—such as bring your baby, bring your partner, maternal rage, anxiety and depression, and other common postpartum experiences—allowing space for meaningful conversation and shared understanding.
This is an open group, so mothers are welcome to attend as often as they’d like. The group is intentionally flexible and client-centered, creating a nurturing space for connection, validation, and support that feels manageable and grounded in real-life postpartum needs.

The fee is $40 per group.
