Rebecca Sundt, LSW

Rebecca is a Licensed Social Worker and has worked in the mental health field since 2021. She received her master’s degree in social work from Monmouth University. Rebecca has worked with adults in multiple settings, including partial care, IOP and outpatient. She has experience with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, social skills issues, and substance use. Rebecca is motivated by her own personal journey as well as her desire to help others see the best in themselves. Her approach is both strengths-based and compassion-focused, and she strongly believes all individuals already possess the necessary tools to become the best versions of themselves.
