Ashley Del Bene, LSW
Ashley M. Del Bene, MSW, LSW is a youth therapist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. She creates a safe, supportive space where children and teens can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen social connections in ways that feel natural and empowering. With a warm, strengths-based, and person-centered approach, Ashley blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) with creative, play-based methods such as art, games, mindfulness, and guided conversations. She specializes in supporting children and teens with anxiety, emotional regulation, resilience-building, peer relationships, and navigating life transitions. Believing that healing happens in connection, Ashley partners closely with families so each child feels seen, celebrated, and confident in themselves at school, at home, and with peers. She earned her Master of Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Practice with Families and Children at Monmouth University in 2023, holds her LSW license, and a School Social Work Certificate, bringing both expertise and compassion to her work with youth and their families.
